A new development that includes a large 5-bed farmhouse along with multiple ancillary out-buildings for commercial use for the working farm side of the project. Working in conjunction with Onyx Land Consulting, Turley Design have been appointed to re-instate an existing farmstead that had previously been purchased and demolished by the Crown for local mineral mining purposes.

The design allows for all existing views across the valley to be retained and the house has been orientated to maximise the natural resources available. The commercial side of the project is to be located to the North of the site allowing the South of the site to be utilised as garden space for the new Farmhouse.
