Full detailed planning permission sought for the conversion of a former stable block to a separate dwelling with associated ancillary development together with internal alterations and a walled kitchen garden to a grade II listed 17th Century farmhouse. 

The proposals have been designed to be sensitive to the nature of the listed building and the local area with a modern contemporary feel.
